ClickTime offers a customizable Expense Export that can be set up to find the Expenses you need and then download them in your preferred format (Excel, csv, tab-separated), as well as to download all associated Expense Item receipts in a single pdf file. This is available in the "Expenses" section of the Company --> Reports page:
ClickTime also offers another "Expense Export" report that will simply download all Expenses data in the time period you specify to a .txt file. It will not include the option to filter your results beforehand.
PLEASE NOTE: You will need to have Administrative access to ClickTime in order to access the Expense Export (beta) report.
After opening the Expense Export (beta) report, you will have a variety of filtering options at the top:
You can also use the "Columns" menu to determine which fields you wish to include in your report:
After updating your filters, there is a search box that will filter your results to only those that contain the text you are looking for:
After you have used the filters to display the Expenses you are interested in, and made sure that the correct columns are included, you will first need to check the box for any rows you wish to download:
In most cases you will likely want to use the filters to find every Expense Item you are interested in, and then check the box in the header-row to include all Expenses that meet your criteria:
Next, use the "Export" option to download the data in the format you would like:
If you'd like to get a copy of all the receipts that were uploaded with Expenses, you can use the "receipts to PDF" option to do so.
Please note: This report is currently in beta. If you have any unexpected results, please contact ClickTime Support with as many details as possible regarding your experience and our team will be sure to look into your report further. While we may not be able to address every issue reported immediately, we will make sure your feedback is strongly considered before the report leaves a public beta status.
