ClickTime offers a customizable Expense Export feature that allows you to find the expenses you need and download them in your preferred format (Excel, CSV, or tab-separated). Additionally, you can download all associated expense item receipts in a single PDF file. This feature is available in the "Expenses" section of the Company > Reports page.
Please note:
- You will need to have Administrative access to ClickTime in order to access the Expense Export (beta) report.
- This report is currently in beta. If you experience any unexpected results, please contact ClickTime Support with as many details as possible regarding your experience. While we may not be able to address every issue immediately, your feedback will be strongly considered before the report leaves public beta status.
ClickTime also offers a basic Expense Export report that will download all expense data within a specified time period to a .txt file. This option does not include the ability to filter your results beforehand.
After opening the Expense Export (beta) report, you will have a variety of filtering options at the top to help narrow down your results.
You can also use the "Columns" menu to determine which fields you wish to include in your report.

In most cases, you’ll likely want to use the filters to find every expense item you're interested in. You can then check the box in the header row to include all expenses that meet your criteria.
Next, use the "Export" option to download the data in the format you would like (Excel, CSV, or tab-separated).
You can download all associated expense item receipts in a single PDF file using the "Receipts to PDF" option.
