The final section of the Company --> Preferences page is the Customization section. This section allows you to select various customization options for your ClickTime Account.
Report Logo
Report Logo allows you to upload your organization's logo, which will appear in report headings. To add a logo, click "Add Logo" and upload the file to ClickTime.
NOTE: this will only add a logo that appears on reports within your account. If you are interested in adding a logo to the navigational or sign-in pages for ClickTime, please contact support@clicktime.com . We will need to confirm if your organization's subscription includes this option.
Terminology
NOTE: the options described in this section correlate to the time entry menus that employees will see on timesheets (DAY VIEW and WEEK VIEW pages).
Choose the correct Terminology based on how your company bills and tracks time.
Primary entity is who you are entering time against / billing time for. You can select from the following list:
Sub-category of the primary entity is what project or assignment you are working on for the primary entity. You can select from the following list:
Description of the time entered or type of work describes the activities that you are doing to complete the work. You can select from the following list:
The final term is how you describe a group of people doing the work at your organization, or how you group your employees. You can select from the following list:
You can also select the "other (please specify)" option for any category description. This will allow you to select the singular and plural terms for the terminology you wish to use in ClickTime.
Selecting your own term will affect the terminology used throughout the ClickTime application.
