Organizations using the ClickTime Expenses Module have the capability to convert expenses from various currencies into their Default Currency. This feature ensures that all expenses are consistently reported in a single currency, making it easier to analyze and manage expenses across different locations and currencies.
The Default Currency can be changed at any time by navigating to the Company > Preferences page. Here, you can select a new Default Currency that will be applied to expense conversions going forward.
ClickTime is updated daily with the most recent exchange rates, so most organizations won’t need to take additional steps to utilize foreign currency expenses. For more information on using foreign currency expenses, please refer to the Entering Expenses on Web help article.
Please note: Foreign currencies are not currently supported when entering expenses through the Mobile Application.
