You can change your password one of two ways:
- On the login page, click the “Forgot your password” link. An email with a link will be sent to you so you can change your password.
- After you have logged into your ClickTime account, you can click on your name in the upper right corner, and then select “My preferences.” In the upper left corner, you will see a “Change Password” link.
How do I add other people to my trial?
You can add as many users as you’d like to your free trial account. They can be added under: Company > People > Add Person (in upper right corner).
How does my staff get notified that they have access to ClickTime?
When you add a user to your ClickTime account, you have the option of emailing them their login information (by default, this email will be sent out).
What are the System Requirements for using ClickTime?

Can I try the mobile application?
Yes, you can download the ClickTime app from the Apple App Store, or from the Google Play Store. You will log in with the same email and password that you use on the web version of ClickTime.
How can I add the budgeting and forecasting features to my ClickTime trial?
You can click the “Do You Budget” tab at the top of the page in your trial account:
Then select one of the options and follow the instructions to select the budgeting model that fits your needs.
Project Insights is best used when you wish to build a lifetime budget (based on the number of hours or expected billable amount) and track that for the lifetime of the Project. More details on Project Insights can be found in this help documentation.
Resource Management is best used when you want to create monthly budgets and allocations and manage those each month. More details can be found in the Resource Management help documentation.
How do I import my data to my trial account?
