The Reports available in Resource Management (RM) provide insight into budgets, allocations, utilization, and capacity. Use them to compare plan vs. actuals, monitor progress toward goals, and export data for deeper analysis.
Tip: Report availability and scope may depend on your permissions (e.g., Run Company Reports). If you don’t see company‑wide results, contact an administrator.
Reports can be accessed in two places:
- From the Resource Grid using the Reports button in the upper‑right corner.
- From Company → Reports under the Resource Management section.
Most reports are available from both locations. Exports and summaries are especially useful for custom analysis outside of ClickTime.
Exports
