The Employee Performance Report displays information on each employee to help understand how many hours they have worked, the top 5 Projects they've tracked hours for, and more.
This report is available to organizations on a Team (or above) plan, and can be viewed by those with the Administrator security level, as well as Managers that have the necessary permissions.
Specifically, Managers must be able to View People, Run Reports, access Billing Rates, Clients, and Projects.
Access to the report also requires that your organization has enabled the Billing Rate options from the Company --> Preferences page (more details here).
To view the Employee Performance Report for specific users, go to the Company --> People page and click the "edit" pencil icon to open the Person Details page for the employee you wish to view:
Then click the "Review Performance" link at the top of the page:
Administrators can also use the "Performance" link from the Company --> People page for any specific user to go straight to the Performance section of that Person Details page:
If you do not see this link, you can add it to the People List View page using the "columns" option.
Additionally, Administrators can click "Employee Performance Review" from the Company --> People page:
This will take you to the report page where you can select a Person you would like to review from the people picker list.
In the Employee Performance Report, you can track a user's billable hours, billings, and progress made against their billing goal based on their availability.
This data can be viewed for the last 6 months, 12 months, year to date, or for a custom time frame using the calendar picker. The time frame can be selected from the upper left of the report page.
The report can also be used to monitor progress made by users against specific lines of work, broken down by worked hours and billings associated with those worked hours.
The Employee Performance Report also provides users with graphical representations of hours and billings recorded across a specific time frame, broken down by month. If you need to remove a specific marker or add it back to a specific graph, you may do so by clicking on it.
If you remove a marker it will appear grayed out.
If you need to export or print this report for your records, you can do so using the "Print Summary" button at the top of the page, which will display the report in a PDF format.
