Overview
There are two ways to export these lists. Use the list pages to get Excel of the list data currently displayed. Use the List export reports in the Report Center to export the configuration and reference data in your account, not transactional records. Their output is a tab-delimited or comma-separated text file. They cover the people, clients, projects, divisions, tasks, leave types and employment types configured in the account.
Before you start
- The Report Center is at Company → Reports. You need to be an administrator, or a manager with Run company reports; the reports you see depend on your permissions.
- The Miscellaneous category lists the seven List export reports as separate rows: Export People List, Export Project List, Export Client List, Export Division List, Export Task List, Export Leave Type List and Export Employment Type List.
