After signing up for a demo, you should receive an email with your first-time login credentials which you can use to access ClickTime and start setting up your account.
In addition to these guides, there are several methods to get support for your trial:
- This FAQ has answers to the most frequently asked questions.
- You should also receive an additional message from the Account Executive who has been assigned to your demo. They are your best resource if you have any questions or would like to set up a demonstration of the software.
- You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org or call +1 (415) 684-1180 and choose option #2 to reach the Sales Team as a whole. For best results, we recommend contacting your Account Executive directly.
