Week View lets you efficiently enter hours for the entire week, allocating time to Client → Project → Task rows in a single grid. It’s ideal if you work on a smaller set of projects, prefer bulk entry, or don’t need Start/End Times.
Important: Week View is shown only if your organization does not require Start & End Times for every entry and is not using stopwatch-only mode.

- Submit for Approval — If your organization uses a Weekly or Bi-Weekly timesheet model, click Submit for Approval (top-right).
- Other models (e.g., Semi-Monthly, Monthly) — You can still enter time on Week View and submit from Week View. Custom timesheet models can only be submitted via Timesheet View. You can also submit from Timesheet View for all models.
- If minimum daily/weekly hours apply, you’ll see an incomplete hours warning at submission time.

-
Minimum hours → Warnings at bottom/on submit; submission may be blocked until complete.

The Options menu customizes the page:
-
Auto Fill — Pre-fills rows with recently used Client/Project/Tasks (hours and comments are not carried over).
- Looks back up to 7 days (and up to 28 days if no recent entries).
- Deleting a blank Auto Fill row does not prevent it from reappearing later—leave it blank.
