Importing Lists (Paid Service)
Use this when you need to upload master data such as people, clients, projects, tasks, and divisions.
- Download the import worksheet for Excel and prepare your data in the required columns.
- When you’re ready, contact Support to coordinate the import into your account.
Important: List imports are a paid service. Support will confirm scope, provide a quote, and schedule the work.
Importing Time Data (Paid Service)
Use this to bring timesheet entries from another system into ClickTime.
- Populate the import worksheet for Excel with the time data you want to load.
- Contact Support to arrange the import and validation.
