The first 4 reports on the My Reports page relate to time entries logged to Clients/Projects/Tasks by the end-user. They are similar to the reports found on the Company --> Reports page, except that the results will be limited to data the employee has saved to the system.

When you select a report, ClickTime will display a preview of that specific report with fake data from a testing account. To run the report, click "Use This Report."
The Horizontal Timesheet report shows time entries in a grid so you can easily see which Projects and Tasks were worked in a time period and on which days.
The criteria page has several options to choose from. First, select the format (HTML or PDF - the HTML format will allow you to change and expand options).
Then, determine if you'd like the results to be split into timesheets, or aggregated. There is a 31 day maximum for aggregated reports.
Next, indicate if you want to show "notes, custom fields, and start/end/break times in the PDF report". You can also decide if Clients or Tasks should be displayed in the timesheets (Projects must be displayed as they are the most important element of the timesheet).
Finally, select the date range and then click "Run Report".
If you decided to run the report in HTML, you'll be brought to a ClickTime page where you can expand and collapse the Client/Project/Task options.
The Options menu can be used to modify what information is displayed on the report.
Use the "Print" options to print all timesheets in the report, or the one you are currently looking at.
Printing will generate a PDF version of the report which you can save or print. If you chose to display notes, custom fields, and start/end/break times, they will be visible on the second page.
If you've chosen to "Split into Timesheets", the bottom of the printed timesheet will also include information on when the timesheet was submitted and approved, including by whom and on which day.
The Horizontal Timesheet Report functions similarly to the Timesheet View page - more details on that page can be found in this help guide.
The Vertical Timesheet will show you all time entries in chronological order, providing an hourly total for each day.
Choose the report format (this report is available in HTML, PDF, and Excel), then the date range, and click "Run Report".
If you run the report in HTML format you can then scroll through the time entries, use the "Export to the selected format" option, or print the report as a PDF file.
The report will show you all days in your selection - it is not grouped by timesheet period.
The My Time Entry Completion report provides a summary of completed time entries in relation to the minimum required time entry requirements if set.
For users with a daily minimum time entry requirement, you will see a report to check if you are meeting those expectations. In the example below, the user is expected to enter at least 8 hours per day. They have not yet entered any hours for the 13th or 14th which is reflected with red cells.
Upon clicking on the week block the user will be navigated to the corresponding date range within Week View to complete their time entry requirement.
For users with a weekly minimum time entry requirement, you will see a report to check if you are meeting those expectations. In the example below, the user is expected to enter at least 40 hours every week. They have not yet entered enough hours for the week of the 12th (reflected by the grey block starting on the 12th).
Upon clicking on the week block the user will be navigated to the corresponding date range within Week View to complete their time entry requirement.
More information on using Incomplete Time Entry to look up details on other members of your organization, and to send them notification emails, can be found in the Incomplete Time Entry Help Guide here.
