When your organization adds you to ClickTime, you may receive a welcome email with instructions for creating your password and signing in for the first time. In this guide, you’ll learn how to set up your password and access ClickTime.
Before You Begin
Before signing in for the first time, make sure:
- Your manager or administrator has added you to ClickTime.
- You have access to the email inbox used for your ClickTime account.
- You have received a ClickTime welcome email or sign-in instructions.
If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you may sign in with your company credentials instead of creating a ClickTime password.
Step 1: Look for Your Welcome Email
Check your inbox for a welcome email from ClickTime. This email includes the information you need to create your password and sign in.
If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder. You can also contact your manager or administrator to confirm that the welcome email was sent.
Step 2: Create Your Password
In the welcome email, click Create Password.
The password setup link may be time-sensitive, so use the most recent welcome email you received.
Step 3: Set Your Password
On the password setup page, enter a password that meets the listed password requirements.
When your password is ready, click Set Password and Sign In.
Step 4: Sign In to ClickTime
After setting your password, you can sign in to ClickTime using your email address and password.
If you ever need to sign in again, go to login.clicktime.com.
What Happens Next?
After signing in, you can begin using ClickTime based on your role and your organization’s setup.
For example, you may be able to:
